Community Workshops

Goal: To give people opportunities to explore their inner creativity, gain artistic skills, and develop technical expertise in science writing and Nature illustration.

We share the benefits of science writing and Nature illustration in any place that people
gather, including museums, community centers, parks facilities, nature camps, halfway
houses, and homeless shelters.

People have the opportunity to explore their inner creativity, gain artistic skills, and develop
technical expertise through our one- to two-hour workshops. They build confidence from
knowing that, when you are studying, there are no mistakes in art. The workshops celebrate
Nature, while being lively and instructive. They are often accompanied by live or recorded
music.

We have designed an array of Nature topics for children to study the flora and fauna of your watershed. To view a sample of our Nature topicsĀ click here.
